Title: Property Supervisor
Description: Two full time (35 hrs) positions for professional, experienced Property Supervisors to manage assigned public housing developments.
Salary Range: $691.59 per week plus excellent benefits.

Qualifications: Four year college degree and three to five years property management experience. Bilingual preferred, but not required. Knowledge of HUD regulations, tenant/landlord law and best practices related to management of public housing properties. Demonstrated successful supervisory experience, analytical skills and excellent written and oral communication skills. Sensitivity to the needs of individuals from diverse social, cultural and economic backgrounds essential. Must maintain valid NH driver’s license.
